I've always been fond of vanilla-toned creamy scents like cappucines and sunflowers, so I was taken back as I realized how comforting it was to inhale the intense aroma that filled the evening air as I watered my garden after a busy day at the office.
I believe there is no universal description for it but, for me:
The scent of tomato plants
Feels sharp to the nostrils like fresh cut grass
Yet
Has a lukewarm drowsiness of a rare afternoon nap.
How do you perceive the smell of tomato plants?
